Eko Brewery are an African-inspired craft beer company using African ingredients in their beers as a way to incorporate culture and history into what they do and what they represent.
Looking to expand into larger physical spaces, Eko approached Manifest to audit and refresh their brand identity and ensure consistency across all communications.
There was a lot of equity in the old brand mark, so we were keen to retain the sunburst; redrawing it with thicker keystrokes for more impact.
To complete the roundel, we used a heavier, more robust typeface and added an established date to give the brand some modern heritage.
